Dan posve\u0107en zdravim stilovima \u017eivota u urbanoj sredini su zajedno sa nama proveli u\u010denici novosadskih srednjih \u0161kola sa kojima Ritam zdravlja uspe\u0161no sara\u0111uje u prethodnih godinu dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon inicijalnog upoznavanja, u okviru priprema za piknik, organizovane su sportsko rekreativne aktivnosti poput provla\u010denja ispod vija\u010de u parovima, takmi\u010denja u limbo dance-u i sli\u010dnih. Nakon toga, odr\u017eane su radionice &#8220;<em>Abeceda pravilne ishrane<\/em>&#8221; i &#8220;<em>Priprema zdravih obroka<\/em>&#8221; na kojima su govorili <strong>dr Jelena Mile\u0161evi\u0107<\/strong>, profesorica <strong>Jelica Mijanovi\u0107<\/strong> i <strong>Aleksandar Bu\u0107an<\/strong>. Svako je iz svog ugla govorio o pitanjima sa kojima se svakodnevno susre\u0107emo prilikom pripreme obroka, poput sve\u017eine i pravilnog \u010duvanja namirnica, opremi koja se koristi, higijeni radnih povr\u0161ina, nutritivnim vrednostima i grupama namirnica. U\u010denici su nakon radionice, davali svoje predloge za zdrave obroke i pitali sve \u0161to ih zanima. Na ovaj na\u010din, pripremili su se za kviz znanja i nadmetanje u pripremi zdravih obroka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" znanja<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U nadmetanju u pripremi zdravih obroka, takmi\u010dilo se osam ekipa. Ekipu su \u010dinila dva \u010dlana, a dva najbolja tima koje je odabrao stru\u010dni \u017eiri, borio se u finalu u pripremi klub sendvi\u010da iz na\u0161eg <a href=\"http:\/\/ritamzdravlja.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Kuvar-Ritam-Zdravlja-Hajdemo-na-piknik.pdf\">kuvara<\/a>.  Finalistkinje nadmetanja su bile <strong>Danijela i An\u0111ela<\/strong> iz gimnazije &#8220;Svetozar Markovi\u0107&#8221; i <strong>Jovana i Marijana<\/strong> iz T\u0160 &#8220;Pavle Savi\u0107&#8221;, a tokom pripreme, publika ih je bodrila i pazila da se pridr\u017eavaju pravila. <br>Takmi\u010dari su imali pravo na jednu vrstu pomo\u0107i, merilo im se vreme za proveru recepta, odabir namirnica, kao i samu pripremu obroka. Ocenjivali su se izgled obroka, ukus, nutritivna vrednost, koli\u010dina namirnica koja je potro\u0161ena\u00a0i \u010disto\u0107a stola. Dr Mile\u0161evi\u0107 \u0107e publika pamtiti i po re\u010denici &#8220;Napravite sami vitamin D, potrebno je samo 12 minuta sun\u010danja u podne.&#8221; Na kraju izlaganja predava\u010da pokrenuta je diskusija, u kojoj su prisutni gra\u0111ani pri\u010dali o svojim razlozima za prelazak na biljnu ishranu. To su Gimnazija<a href=\"http:\/\/www.s-markovic.edu.rs\"> &#8220;Svetozar Markovi\u0107&#8221;<\/a>, Medicinska \u0161kola <a href=\"http:\/\/www.7april.edu.rs\">&#8220;7.april&#8221;<\/a>, Tehni\u010dka \u0161kola <a href=\"https:\/\/mileva.edupage.org\">&#8220;Mileva Mari\u0107 Ajn\u0161tajn&#8221;<\/a>, Tehni\u010dka \u0161kola <a href=\"http:\/\/tspavlesavic.edu.rs\">&#8220;Pavle Savi\u0107&#8221;<\/a> i \u0160kola za dizajn <a href=\"https:\/\/skolazadizajnbogdansuput.edu.rs\">&#8220;Bogdan \u0160uput&#8221;<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zahvaljujemo se svim \u0111acima koji su u\u010destvovali, \u0161kolama i direktorima, predava\u010dima, saradnicima, \u017eiriju, kao i <strong>Prirodnja\u010dkom muzeju Novog Sada<\/strong>, <strong>OK
