Svaki sport iziskuje druga\u010diju orijentaciju u ishrani, energetske potrebe i druga\u010dije performanse koje treba da se zadovolje, o \u010demu je govorila dr Tatjana Jezdimirovi\u0107, predsednica Udru\u017eenja gra\u0111ana \u201cRitam zdravlja\u201c:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; <\/em><\/strong><em>Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da informacije do kojih se danas veoma lako mo\u017ee do\u0107i, a \u010demu su svakao doprinele dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee, veoma \u010desto nisu istinite. Danas govorimo upravo suprotno, govorimo o nau\u010dno dokazanim i empirijski proverenim \u010dinjenicama vezanim za biljnu ishranu kako kod stanovni\u0161tva tako i kod fizi\u010dki aktivnih ljudi i sportista. Razbijamo mitove poput onih da se biljnom ishranom ne mogu uneti sve esencijalne amino kiseline, da takav na\u010din ishrane dovodi do prevelikog unosa ugljenih hidrata, da sportisti ne mogu ostvariti vrhunske rezultate hrane\u0107i se na ovaj na\u0161in i sl. Dr Mile\u0161evi\u0107 prisutne je upoznala i da Institut trenutno sprovodi veliku nacionalnu studiju o navikama u ishrani koja obuhvata 3.000 ispitanika i izme\u0111u ostalog bavi se ishranom posebnih grupa kao \u0161to su vegetarijanci. Dr Abraham je i pozvao svoje sugra\u0111ane da vode ra\u010duna o svom zdravlju i u budu\u0107e prisustvuju tribinama poput ove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepuna prostorija Narodne biblioteke \u201cJovan Popovi\u0107\u201c u Kikindi pokazuje koliko su gra\u0111ani zainteresovani za teme vezane za unapre\u0111enje svog zdravlja, \u0161to i jeste krajnji cilj saradnje ovih udru\u017eenja i Instituta.
