{"id":1037,"date":"2020-10-19T14:55:18","date_gmt":"2020-10-19T12:55:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ritamzdravlja.org\/?p=1037"},"modified":"2020-10-21T15:28:17","modified_gmt":"2020-10-21T13:28:17","slug":"kuvajmo-u-ritmu-zdravlja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ritamzdravlja.org\/en\/kuvajmo-u-ritmu-zdravlja\/","title":{"rendered":"Kuvajmo u ritmu zdravlja"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tim Ritma zdravlja je <strong>16. oktobra<\/strong>, zajedno sa u\u010denicima Medicinske \u0161kole &#8220;7. april&#8221; obele\u017eio <strong>Svetski dan hrane<\/strong>.<br>Zahvaljujemo se prof. <strong>Jelici Mijanovi\u0107<\/strong> koja je kao i uvek, odli\u010dno pripremila u\u010denike i omogu\u0107ila dodatnu edukaciju o ovim va\u017enim temama za mlade ljude.<br><br>U <strong>online radionici<\/strong>, sa predsednicom Udru\u017eenja Ritam zdravlja, <strong>dr Tatjanom Jezdimirovi\u0107<\/strong> i nutricionistom <strong>dr Jelenom Mile\u0161evi\u0107<\/strong>, \u0111aci su razgovarali o:<br>&#8211; Principima zdrave ishrane<br>&#8211; Higijeni ruku<br>&#8211; Izboru namirnica<br>&#8211; Poreme\u0107ajima ishrane<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principi zdrave ishrane baziraju se na raznovrsnosti namirnica, racionalnoj ishrani, umerenosti i dnevnom ritmu. Raznovrsnost hranljivih sastojaka, zadovoljenje nutritivnih potreba i odgovaraju\u0107i energetski unos \u010dine zdravu ishranu. Treba se truditi da ishrana bude \u0161to raznovrsnija, \u0161to se odnosi i na grupe namirnica i vrste jela. Umerena ishrana predstavlja unos optimalne koli\u010dine hranljivih materija. Racionalna ishrana predstavlja odnos izme\u0111u unesene i utro\u0161ene hrane u organizmu, za odgovaraju\u0107e metaboli\u010dke procese, kao i fizi\u010dku aktivnost. Osim toga, treba paziti i na dovoljan unos te\u010dnosti, posebno vode.<br>A da bi u\u017eivali u hrani, kao i da bi zadovoljili svoje energetske i nutritivne potrebe, hrana pre svega mora da bude bezbedna. To zna\u010di da je proizvedena i pripremljna na higijenski na\u010din i da je zdravstveno ispravna. To se odnosi i na higijenu ruku, prostorije, posu\u0111a, pribora i povr\u0161ine za pripremu hrane. Pre rada sa namirnicama ruke treba da su \u010diste i suve, po mogu\u0107nosti bez nakita. Namirnice koje se obavavezno peru neposredno pre upotrebe su: vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e, ora\u0161asti plodovi, suvo vo\u0107e i konzerve.<br>Prilikom kupovine hrane, potrebno je obratiti pa\u017enju na higijenu prostora gde se namirnice nalaze, zatim na izgled i miris. Prostor treba da bude \u010dist i uredan, namirnice da imaju zdrav i sve\u017e izgled i da imaju odgovaraju\u0107i miris za tu namirnicu. Tako\u0111e je va\u017eno \u010ditati deklaraciju proizvoda, s posebnom pa\u017enjom na rok upotrebe, aditive, kao i na nutritivnu i energetsku vrednost.<br>Povodom Svetskog dana hrane, mladim ljudima je potrebno obratiti pa\u017enju na problem koji se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e javlja u adolescenciji- poreme\u0107aj ishrane. Poreme\u0107aj ishrane karakteri\u0161e iskrivljen stav prema hrani koji dovodi do promena u pona\u0161anju vezanom za unos hrane. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i poreme\u0107aji ishrane su anoreksija i bulimija, a treba obratiti pa\u017enju ukoliko primetite da osoba preska\u010de obroke, jede samo niskokalori\u010dnu hranu, \u010desto se meri na vagi, \u017eali se na fizi\u010dki izgled i sli\u010dno. Osobu koja ima poreme\u0107aj ishrane ne treba osu\u0111ivati, nego joj pomo\u0107i da zatra\u017ei stru\u010dni savet i re\u0161i problem na vreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Executive sous chef <strong>Aleksandar Bu\u0107an<\/strong> je zatim, prikazao kako se pripremaju zdravi obroci po receptima iz kuvara &#8220;<strong>Hajmo na piknik<\/strong>&#8220;.
